01 clients
I support women who have spent most of their lives trying to be “good enough” while secretly feeling like they’re too much. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, and stuck in cycles of self-doubt, burnout, and people-pleasing. Deep down, they crave safety, self-trust, and connection—but their nervous system says otherwise.

Whether you're navigating the weight of early trauma, struggling in relationships, or just trying to keep it together through a life transition, I help you get to the root of it—not just manage the symptoms. We explore the deeper patterns in your body and nervous system that are still playing out today.

My work is especially attuned to women with dysregulated nervous systems who feel disconnected from their bodies, voices, and sense of worth. Together, we uncover what's underneath your survival responses—like fawning, freezing, or shutting down—and help you build a more regulated, resilient, and authentic way of being.

This is your space to feel safe, understood, and empowered to reclaim your life—on your terms.
02 about me

Life can feel overwhelming—especially when self-doubt, anxiety, and the weight of expectations make it hard to trust yourself. My work is about helping you break free from the patterns that keep you stuck—whether it’s people-pleasing, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from your emotions and needs. I believe healing starts in a space where you can show up fully as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have it all figured out.

I'm passionate about nervous system regulation, self-trust, and gently rewriting the beliefs that no longer serve you. So many of us have learned to shrink ourselves to keep the peace or earn love—but you don’t have to stay in survival mode. I want to help you unlearn those patterns and build a life that feels grounded, connected, and truly your own. Through humor, honesty, and deep compassion, I offer a space to explore your emotions, reconnect with your body, and grow the confidence to move forward.

Outside the therapy room, you can find me playing endless games of fetch with my dog Milo, soaking in cozy coffee shop mornings, getting lost in deep conversations with friends, or blasting music on solo drives. I believe in the power of connection, the magic of small moments, and that healing doesn’t have to be so serious all the time. (Yes, we can laugh and still do the deep work.)
If you’re ready to navigate life’s transitions with more self-trust, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
03 my approach
Healing is a deeply personal journey—and your process will be as unique as you are.

I believe in creating a space that feels safe, compassionate, and judgment-free. A space where you don’t have to perform, explain away your feelings, or fit into someone else’s idea of healing. My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. It’s a collaborative process where we explore your inner world together—gently uncovering the thoughts, patterns, and protective strategies that have shaped your experience.

I integrate a blend of attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches to meet you exactly where you are. I weave in experiential and body-based work, drawing from modalities like Somatic Experiencing (currently completing Beginning I & II) and EMDR with a somatic lens. These tools help us go beyond talk therapy—allowing us to include the body, the nervous system, and the felt sense in the healing process.

At the heart of this work is relationship—built on trust, curiosity, and connection. Together, we’ll build awareness, soften survival strategies that no longer serve you, and reconnect you with your inner strength. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, authentic, and grounded in your everyday life.
