01 about

Life can feel overwhelming, especially when self-doubt, anxiety, and the weight of expectations make it hard to trust yourself. My work is about helping individuals break free from patterns that keep them stuck—whether it’s people-pleasing, overthinking, or feeling disconnected from themselves. I believe healing starts with a safe space, where you can show up fully as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the need to have it all figured out.

I am passionate about nervous system regulation, self-trust, and helping you rewrite the beliefs that no longer serve you. So many of us have learned to shrink ourselves to keep the peace or earn love, but I want to help you unlearn those patterns and step into a life that actually feels good for you. Through humor, honesty, and deep compassion, I create a space where you can explore your emotions, reconnect with your needs, and build the confidence to move forward.

Outside of my work, I love playing an endless amount of fetch with my dog, Milo, cozy coffee shop mornings, deep conversations with friends, and blasting music on solo drives. I believe in the power of connection, the magic of small moments, and that healing doesn’t have to be so serious all the time. (Yes, we can laugh and still do the deep work!)
If you’re ready to navigate life’s transitions with more self-trust, I’d love to walk alongside you.
02 my approach
Healing is a deeply personal journey, and your process will be as unique as you are.

I believe in creating a space that is compassionate, safe, and free of judgment—where you can be your true self. My approach is built on the understanding that healing is not a one-size-fits-all experience. It's about creating a collaborative relationship where we work together to explore the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that are influencing your life.

I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities that cater to your individual needs, including attachment-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, strength-based approaches, and experiential work. I am training in Beginning 1 & 2 in Somatic Experiencing and an EMDR Somatic Practitioner. By combining these tools, we will work together to build self-awareness, cultivate inner strength, and unlock the resilience within you.

The process is rooted in trust, empathy, and collaboration. I want to help you build a deeper connection with yourself, so you can break free from the patterns that no longer serve you and create space for a life that feels authentic, empowered, and grounded.

03 clients
I work with individuals who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we work to uncover the underlying patterns and beliefs that may be holding them back, and develop a path toward greater emotional balance and well-being.

My practice focuses primarily on supporting young women who experience self-doubt, people-pleasing tendencies, and dysregulated nervous systems. These struggles can often lead to feelings of being disconnected from one’s authentic self, and I guide my clients through a process of reclaiming their confidence, building emotional resilience, and creating healthier ways of navigating the world.

Whether you’re dealing with the impacts of past trauma, struggling with anxiety, or simply seeking personal growth and self-awareness, I am here to help you navigate your challenges and cultivate lasting change.
